Student Lodging in Salamanca – Prices

Student Lodging Terms

Student lodging is available from 12:00pm (noon) on the Sunday prior to the first day of class (Monday) until 12:00pm (noon) on the Saturday after the last day of class (Friday). Students who need their accommodation for additional days for any reason (i.e. flight arrival) will have to pay for any extra days required (3 day maximum). Students requiring 4 extra days or more in the accommodation will be charged the cost of an entire week. We do not guarantee the availability of additional days in the accommodation. An additional placement fee of 75€ per week and per person will be charged for those staying in accomodation but not taking a course.

Students should get in contact our central office for information about the time and the place at which they can pick up their room keys. Students are required to respect all regulations and rules established by families, residences and apartment administrations. Any damages done to the premises will be paid for by the student.

For some lodging options, it may be necessary for students to leave a deposit upon arrival (150€ payable in cash or with credit card authorization). Provided there are no damages to the premises, the deposit will be returned to the student at the end of the stay.
